When looking at my magazine it was pretty simple to find the types of people that I would cater my issues to. Through the simple fact that BBQ is for everyone! BBQ has so much history and is found in so many cultures. Hawaiian culture has a traditional style of cooking BBQ where they cook a pig over coals and roast it. It is their famous and unique style that is found at almost any Luau!
African-Americans were really the spark that started the traditional American BBQ and also the reason that the South has such unique distinctions among the type of Sauce that is used.
The sauces that derived from the south are so different and almost each state has its own famous style!
Like I said before, the plan for marketing this magazine will involve the Sarasota community and everyone in it that has a passion for good wholesome food.
