Creative Critical Reflection #1
My Product represents all kinds of social groups. From
White, Black, Hispanic, and Asian. These groups are represented because BBQ is
a product for everyone who enjoys good food. Every one of these cultures has a
long tradition of BBQ within their culture. Asians from the Philippines, Korea,
and the Hawaiian Islands are famous for their unique methods of cooking BBQ.
Their signature style of roasting a pig over a hole in the ground has made
their style of cooking famous and a major sight for tourists visiting these
places. Hispanic culture has made BBQ in their own way with many different
spices and peppers which gives it a spicy hot flavor. Blacks and Whites have
both shaped BBQ in the Southern region of America. Along the South, there has
been individual states that have perfected BBQ and made it unique to their
states. All of these people of different creeds and colors have BBQ within
their traditions. Therefore, this product of magazine is for everyone who loves
tasty comfort food.
Moreover, the target audience on a socioeconomic level also
includes everyone. The review of these BBQ Joints proved that the meals I had
ordered were relatively inexpensive. BBQ is not caviar or anything fancy. But
it was never meant to be. BBQ reflects traditions of a simple lifestyle. For
those who work hard during the day and need a good bite to eat. BBQ that is
expensive is not worth it. The typical price range that one should spend on BBQ
is $8.00- $10.00. BBQ is made for simple people because it is simple food that
tastes amazing. Therefore, BBQ is for anyone and everyone no matter how much
money you make, or no matter what your job is. It truly is a beautiful thing.
